Strong together against compliance violations. The whistleblower system is one of our instruments for reporting suspicious cases at RINNEN and ensures clarification and prevention both internally and externally.
As a responsible and reliable company, we want to behave in accordance with the rules at all times. If we disregard legal regulations, internal company rules and voluntary commitments, we would not only put our good reputation at risk, but also risk further damage. We want our employees, business partners, suppliers and customers to be proud of us and their association with us.
With the EU Whistleblower Directive, the requirements for a compliance whistleblower system were redefined and transposed into national law with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HiSchG).
RINNEN has therefore always been committed to fully pursuing and sustainably processing possible suspicions of such compliance violations in the company and in the associated business activities.
In order to fully meet the above mentioned requirement, we have set up a compliance reporting system. This gives employees and other interested outside parties the opportunity to inform us securely and, if desired, completely anonymously about violations of legal requirements or internal compliance guidelines.
Together, we would like to uncover possible violations, optimise our processes and avoid risks in this way.
The reporting of justified suspicions makes a valuable contribution to our compliance process. Of course, we guarantee the full implementation of the legally required framework conditions.
